Thank you for taking the time to read our ad. I am 42 years of age, Australian and my husband is 34, French.
We have been on a hard journey to try to get pregnant. We have been together 4 years and in that time have been aware of the race to get pregnant because of my age. In 2023 after three failed rounds of IUI we had the miracle of getting pregnant. Unfortunately, in April 2024 the day before were set to leave France for Australia to start our new life, I went into labour at 25 weeks. After two days in the NICU, our baby died. Since then, there has been a lot of recovery and a lot of sorrow. After undergoing an operation for Endemetriosis and recovering from that we have been trying every month. Currently we are on our third month of IUI. We have two months offered to use IVF but with my egg quality being so low the chances sit at about 5%
After losing our baby, we have wanted nothing more than to start a family. It is very hard to approach people about this and I am so grateful that I have found this website. We plucked up the courage to ask my brother's girlfriend at Christmas but she said no. We got married in Thailand and have applied for adoption there but are not having luck with that either. We are also on the waiting list for an egg from Ballarat IVF but it may take another year and by that stage I will be getting quite old.
We are open to any nationalities. We will of course cover all expenses and be eternally grateful to anyone that can help.
