my name is Kylie im 43 years old and my husband David is 36, we both work fulltime my husband us a scaffolder and i am a behaviour support practitioner, I have a 20 year old son who is my miracle baby, my whole life i battled with PCOS which lead to stage 1 endometrial cancer when I turned 40 of course doctors were like"you need to have a hysterectomy" not only did my world just come crashing down i now had to give up my womb that grew my son for 9 months and my dreams of having another baby. My answer was what else can be done? After 2 years of fighting the cancer with hormone treatments i beat it 😁 my uterus is now healthy and waiting to grow another beautiful little bundle of love, we tried 2 rounds of egg retrieval and unfortunately they didn't grow, doctors have now suggested looking for an egg donor, to be honest this was a hard choice, the Negitive thoughts started, this baby isn't mine? They won't look like me? How can I love a child that knowing it has someone else's DNA? Then my husband said to me "babe you love your nieces like they are your own, they are your world" and from that moment i knew i could love this baby, it is my child it isgrowing in my body, im giving birth to her/him, I can love this child like there is no tomorrow! So now we are on our egg donor journey and looking for that beautiful angel 😇
